How to type on a pdf form

Every now and again, you might be sent a PDF form to complete, things like applications forms and the like. In the past you would have needed to print these out and complete them by hand, then post them back. Now is good time to learn how to type on a pdf form directly, with no need to print the pdf off.

You will firstly need to download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader then open the PDF form you want to type on. Once this is done you will be able to type on the pdf form in the fields provided by the author, just click the mouse cursor onto the text field.

You will not be able to save the pdf once you have typed onto it, so you will need to be sure you print it out immediatly.

Should the pdf still not allow you to type on it you may need to get the full version of Acrobat Pro or something like Adobe Illustrator.
