If you have a long hair, you can have the style you want. Long hair adds more appeal to your beautiful face. In fact, almost all of the fashion models and celebrities wanted to have a better-looking, long hair. However, if you have a short hair and want to have it grow faster you can apply some simple tips. Although, your DNA or genetic makeup determine how fast your hair can grow, there are ways to hasten it’s growth. Try to follow the steps below on how to make hair grow faster:

Step 1
Always treat your hair with care. If possible avoid using hair dryers or irons as they can damage your hair by making it brittle. Don’t tighten your ponytails too much to avoid hair falls. You may want to avoid the use of brushes as they will eventually cause split ends. Be gentle to your hair, if you want it to grow longer and better-looking.

Step 2
Eating well-balanced foods will certainly help in the growth of your hair. Although hair is just a dead protein it still needs to be nourished by essential vitamins and minerals. You should also avoid nicotine, caffeine, too much alcohol and junk foods. It is always advisable to drink more water to add moisture to your hair.

Step 3
Do not stress yourself and get plenty of rest every day, this is an important factor in not only hair growth but general health.

Step 4
Maximize your intake of essential vitamins and minerals. Vitamin B family is helpful to maintain the good health of your scalp. Vitamin C and E are both needed for your hair and scalp too.

Step 5
Stimulate your scalp by simply massaging it everyday or every time you take a bath. By doing so, you will encourage the growth of your hair by allowing proper flow of oxygen as well as regular blood circulation. Remember that blood is the carrier of nutrients and oxygen to all parts of the body.
