Many people have problem to control their weight because they have the wrong attitude of weight loss. People think losing weight is so difficult.


The major key to lose weight successfully is to reduce calories intake and exercise more.
If we eat more than what our bodies need, the food we eat will store in the body in the form of fat. If we exercise 30 minutes a day and 3 or 4 days a weeks, it’s good to control weight gain but if you want to lose weight you need to eat fewer calories than what you burn.


Food that helps us control weight is the food that high in nutrients, low in calorie, fat, sugar, such as fruits and vegetables.


You can lose 50 pounds if you can manage your eating habit.  You need to maintain healthy diet. Don’t starve yourself to lose weight as it’s a very wrong to lose weight in a healthy way. Choose the food that low in calories and fat and exercise regularly.


It may not be easy and quick to lose weight by yourself but the best way to lose weight safety and effectively is to change eating habit, which provides long term result. It also depends on your willingness to control your food intake and the way you exercise.


Food that helps you control weight is very important. You need to reduce amount of fat in the food you eat. If you compare calories in carbohydrate, protein and fat, you will see that fat has 2 times of calories you found in carbohydrate and protein. For example 1 gram of fat has 9 calories, while 1 gram of carbohydrate and protein has only 4 calories.


Calorie from fat in food is converted to body fat more easily than calorie from protein and carbohydrate. If your body get extra calorie from fat, protein or carbohydrate, it will convert to be fat and be stored in your body. If you reduce lose amount of fat food, it will help you reduce calories without reduce amount of the food you eat if the food is low in fat and high in fiber.   


It is not easy to reduce fat food for people who is familiar with the taste. Changing the habit of consume high fat food to lower one, must do slow. It’s hard to immediate cut your favorite food. It takes time to adjust to unfamiliar taste.
